Applications for Assistance (Vet Clinic to Complete)

We can assist low-income pet owners with up to $1000. Our committee has strict criteria that we assess applications by including:

1. The condition is causing pain, suffering and would otherwise result in euthanasia or surrender.
2. The condition is urgent and needs immediate care. For non-urgent conditions, the owner can apply for an interest-free loan instead through Care Community Loans Program, Good Shepherd or Centrelink.
5. The condition is something an average pet owner would treat.
6. The pet has a reasonable prognosis.

Please note that applications for assistance can't be made for treatments that have already been completed.

We will get back to you within 1-3 hours with an answer on this application. If you are not sure if a pet owner can be assisted by the charity or what other organisations can help, please read our FAQ's.
