Mobile Veterinary Services - ACT Pet Crisis Support Tiny Clinic
Thanks to Petstock Assist (now Petspiration Group), ACT Pet Crisis Support is in the process of launching a mobile veterinary clinic to further assist low-income pet owners.
This unique service will be available to pet owners referred by the RSPCA or a regular clinic in Canberra or Queanbeyan and to those pet owners who find it difficult to attend a regular vet clinic due to mobility issues.
All our usual support services will continue to run, so pet owners can still visit any vet clinic in Canberra or Queanbeyan and ask them to apply to the charity for financial assistance.
We are seeking sponsors who would like their company featured on the side of the tiny vet clinic, plus donations of medical equipment, so please get in touch if you would like to help.
This model of service for disadvantaged pet owners will be the first of it's kind and unlike anything that has been done in Australia. We are incredibly excited to get started and most likely we will launch in February 2023.
You can read more about the project by downloading our project summary below and viewing some of the pictures of the progression of the Tiny Vet Clinic. Thank you to our wonderful volunteers, including Russell and Reece the sparky who have been working so incredibly hard on this project. And thank you to Studio 4 who have recently completed the signage, doesn't it look wonderful!
